When inspiration strikes and you have just enough time (and friends) to pull it though. I wrote this soundtrack for the Oatmeal Chocolate Cookie video essay, a fun (and delicious) project from filming all the way to eating. With some great help from my dear friend Dean Skuldt who did the amazing double bass and mando.
