It was only a matter of time really. The video bug bit me a long time ago, but I never got around to really sit down (or get off my butt for that matter) to actually create something. So I finally filmed, edited and posted the first batch of stock video footage on Dissolve.
It happened, and I couldn’t be more happier! My current portfolio on Stocksy reached the 1000 photo milestone! It’s been a fantastic year and I feel really privileged to be a part of this amazing and inspiring community of photographers.

This past Wednesday I had the privilege to witness and photo document Huestudio’s volunteer action at the Feed My Starving Children event at the beautiful Union Station in Chicago.
Sometimes it really doesn’t take much to capture an image full of emotion and impact. I am still learning the ropes myself. It’s so easy to over clutter a setup thinking that the more you add, the more meaningful it becomes and rightly so, sometimes that’s the case.
On those rare times when stars align, when I have a model, assistant, props, wardrobe and a great location available, I get all of a sudden inspired and these photos emerge.
