Same mysterious alley beside that restaurant brought some more interesting subjects. At least it has a little more interest than the usual fall foliage which is quite awesome but I honestly can’t seem to nail down something that would make me go “ah!”.
But plates on a window sill, in a northwestern Chicago suburbs? I mean how often do you find that? And the window in itself has something quite European about it, plus the overturned flower pot. I was tempted to straighten it up but then I thought it might make the overall image too busy –and I wanted the attention to fall on the pretty blue patterns on the plate rims.
Same treatment in lightroom, plus some saturation enhancement on the rims and rust spots.
