Schaumburg’s Spring Valley Nature Center gave a great opportunity to re-load my photographic inspiration since I emptied every possible subject around our home. Here are some HDR pics of what I though of having great colors and textures.
This was a HDR experiment using photomatix and photoshop. Used 5 exposure bracketed photos (2x stops under and 2x stops above normal metering), composed them all into one image with photomatix then processed it in photoshop via camera raw, adding B&W, gaussian blur, and high-pass filter overlayed layers as explained on Joel Grimes tutorials.
